Microsoft 365 (previously Office 365) leads the way with business productivity apps but isn’t the only option.

**Deep Expertise**

Remember _Word_ on Windows 3.1? When you moved an image, the whole page would move around. It took Microsoft a while to resolve that one. Word is now part of Microsoft 365, and instead of _Clippy_, we have Copilot, AI that’s actually helpful.

**AI Copilot**

Microsoft have now made Copilot for Microsoft 365 available for general release, however does require paying a monthly subscription fee.

**Web vs Desktop Apps**

Microsoft has a lower-priced tier for just web-based apps, and their Standard tier for their familiar desktop productivity apps.
